Authorities in St. Louis executed a search warrant Friday evening at the home of Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the couple who made headlines last month when they took up arms to defend their homes from protesters.

During the search, police seized the rifle that Mark McCloskey was shown holding during the June 28 incident, KSDK-TV of St. Louis reported, citing information from a source.

The pistol that Patricia McCloskey held during the June confrontation was already in the possession of the couple’s attorney, the station reported.

Boy aren’t you the prescient one. And the jewelry deserved what they got too. Right.

It doesn't take any particular foresight to figure out that under the current conditions anyone standing up to a BLM mob is going to be targeted by the media and democratic politicians, especially in a city 100% run by hard core leftists.

I'm sure the jewelry could figure that out, at least the gold jewelry. I'm not sure about the silver. The diamonds probably have no clue, they're dumb as a rock.

This is an obvious sign to the “peaceful protesters” (i.e. rioters, anarchists, antifa, etc.) to return this weekend to attack and destroy. I hope the couple has an escape plan ready.

"but gave no indication of whether or not he’ll intervene"

The Missouri governor and AG should send in the State Police or National Guard to frog march the St. Louis mayor and city attorney.

I don’t think that’d happen here in PA, but now I’m not sure.

When "supposed" law enforcement backs the terrorists and come for the law abiding people, then you know we're headed toward civil war. Much as I hate to say it, justice for those who are truly patriotic will have to be administered by their own hands. We can't count on the courts to do that anymore.

But mark my words, if Biden gets into the White House, what we have seen so far will be a distant memory. All hell will break lose across this once great nation.

If I lived near there I’d loan them a couple of my old shotguns without hesitation now.

They just announced to BLM that they are unarmed, this is BS beyond anything I have seen in a long time.

The problem is finding a country that isn’t fully hardwired to the NWO-Globohomo-Bolshevik borg.

Not many left that will let Americans - or their money - in. FATCA took care of that.

And this is why you (or your wife) have a CHL/CCW....go right to the gun store, buy a better rifle without the NICS check. Until he is charged, he is not a prohibited person. Hell, I’d create a gun trust or LLC to muddle things up and protect your assets.

Here is the probable answer to your question about “what is wrong”.
