Authorities in St. Louis executed a search warrant Friday evening at the home of Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the couple who made headlines last month when they took up arms to defend their homes from protesters.
During the search, police seized the rifle that Mark McCloskey was shown holding during the June 28 incident, KSDK-TV of St. Louis reported, citing information from a source.
The pistol that Patricia McCloskey held during the June confrontation was already in the possession of the couples attorney, the station reported.

I knew the ‘”F dah police” shtick and kneeling was a hatred of AMerica. THe whole confrontation between BLM/antifa and police is smokes and mirror.
THe shot heard round the world is not far off when state sponsored terrorism and pogrom is becoming more and more obvious
We simply MUST get honest police and judiciary! Or forget the American dream its gone gone gone.
Unfreakinbelievable.
A friend of mine did that except for burning the house down. He sold his land and cabin on it and took off for Thailand. Living like a king over there.
This couple live in the city are are democrats.
The democrat controlled mob came after their property.
The couple tried to defend their property.
The dims are eating their own. sucks to be them.
Honestly, they’re dead if they stay in that house.
At this point, who would buy it for fear of the thugs? Burn it down and be gone before the police figure out it was arson. Then, never come back. Serbia, Estonia, Belize, Thailand, Taiwan.
You and me both...
Done did that, years ago. Class III toys.
Someone call the President!
dumb question, i wonder under what law were the firearms confiscated.
dumb question #2, i wonder what the difference is between this and concord in 1775?
the first hit in the google web search for concord (history.com) yields that the british attempted to seize an “arms cache.” is that a new PC word for armory?
the khan academy still refers to the protected entity as an “armory.” i never before recalled hearing the term “arms cache” in reference to the 1775 concord battle. perhaps i missed something...
*** WHERE’S THE NRA??? ***
“They did not vote democrat. They are Trump supporters.”
Well they’re pretty dumb Trump supporters if they live in a Bright Blue city and expect to be treated fairly if they try to defend themselves with their legally-owned guns.
I know this will sound strange, but something about this whole incident from the very beginning just doesnt feel right...dont know what it is, but its something.
“Trump supporters” whose law firm is involved in complaints against cops for police brutality?
None of the articles I’ve seen mentioned their political opinions.
They can purchase 10 more tomorrow. They can take it for an investigation, legitimately, but only a conviction can keep them from purchasing more.
It was about 6 months prior to Concord/ Lexington.
Was called the “Powder Alarm”. The British seized the community held powder for training the militia. The militia at that time were “British”. But after the King took it, they disbanded the British militia.
Then they elected everybody again for the militia - but this time as Americans.
They had mandatory training, etc. Which is why they proved so successful at Concord/Lexington. Some believe that if they still had the powder, we would have won the Battle of Boston.

Yeah they don’t vote smart like us with bush McCain and Romney :-)
Phyllis is a hell of a lot longer than that but that’s the top three
The only vote I am happy I made in the past 20 years is Trump. Before that it was Giuliani
Thats not true. They told the media that they support the BLM protests.
From the pan to the fire.
Someone please explain, why were their guns confiscated? They owned them, they were defending their property, what was wrong here?
