Law enforcement officials in St. Louis have allegedly served a warrant on the St. Louis couple who recently defended their home when a large mob of angry demonstrators allegedly trespassed onto their private property.
“5 On Your Side has learned St. Louis police officers executed a search warrant Friday evening at the home of Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the Central West end couple who confronted protesters with weapons in June,” KSDK News reported. “Sources tell 5 On Your Side police seized one of the weapons, the rifle, from the couple and they told police their attorney has the pistol seen in photos.”

That’s pretty interesting. I listened to an interview of them (I live in Illinois near STL) on local news and they are big supporters of BLM in their own words. Plus people I know that know them personally say they are Democrats. Having practiced law in STL I kinda know the lay of the land; I was an outlier being a conservative. Most of the lawyers there are liberals especially the personal injury lawyers. So you got your info and I’ve got mine. Did you watch the interviews?
They said they agreed with BLM. They sided with the enemies. They are getting what they deserve.
Absolutely no case against them. As soon as they are acquitted, they should sue the DA for abuse of power.
So he said he was all pro-BLM after defending his house? You don’t see there’s a coercion factor there?
Like I said, the information is there for anyone to see in the FEC database. Money speaks louder than words, for me.
This couple knows what they are doing. The news will work for them. Clearly they could not depend on the police which would be the normal recourse. They shot nobody. And the other side was armed and shouting threats and entered their property breaking down a gate. Since these two are lawyers they should enjoy handling this at a federal level.

The one interview I saw on FNC, the couple claimed they tried hiring private security but the company was scared of the political consequences.

So if you defend your life and property 'successfully', from threats to your life and home by a mob, officials will obtain a warrant to search your home and then confiscate your guns???? This is way beyond just wrong....now this couple will be dragged throughout the legal system. .....it's beyond shameful! This couples family, business, homelife, friends and pretty much everything are further threatened....and at no small cost.
Plus missouri has both castle doctrine AND stand your ground
And they did not have to use their weapons either
The taking of these is totally unconstitutional and also against missouri laws
People in the mob deliberately threatened them
