But he plead guilty in the court. In front of the judge.
It is not the court’s fault that he had lousy counsel.
My point is that you don’t plead guilty to something you did not do, nor something they had no proof of you doing.
He might have lost, but he would have overturned this on appeal by now.

It's left out because it's legally irrelevant. The case had no reason to be brought, because the "lie" turned out not to be a lie. That's why the prosecutor, who has the right to withdraw charges, has withdrawn them--because the case has no basis, and was wrongly pursued.
For this to go any further is like something out of an Ionesco play. Judge Sullivan has no legal standing to appeal anything one way or the other--he's not a litigant.
Its called principle.
But I guess being a Federal felon and giving up most of your rights is fine for some people.
In the end, he would have ended up right where he is.
Flynn was the National Security Advisor. Would you be making these same excuses for him if he — just for example — compromised our national security under the same pressure that was brought on him in this case?

Did the guy lie to the FBI? Yes or No.
If he had stuck to his guns he might have been convicted. But this would have come out in an appeal by now. And he would clearly overturn that.

The powers that be want Flynn in stasis and that is where he will remain until they figure out how to deal with him (or dispose of him if you will).

According to rumors on Twitter, Sullivan’s sun rape someone underaged and after calling dad, called the fire dept. directly so it wouldn’t be on 911 logs. Then when EMT complained Sullivan kept it out of court.
Sullivan is not “unreal”. He is simply a bottom feeder Nazi apparatchik who is unfit to shine Gen. Flynn’s shoes.
Why the hell did Flynn hire them in the first place?
I’ll tell you why: Because HE was part of “the swamp,” too.

I cannot believe he did so without an attorney. I understand they told him he did not need one. If he truly believed that, then we should reconsider how smart he is.
You NEVER talk to the police about anything without a lawyer present. Especially the FBI, who for the most part, are looked at with disdain by just about all other law enforcement because of their dirty dealings.
I know that, and I am some schmo from Massachusetts. You would think a swamp rat like Flynn would have known that.
The higher court should advise Judge Sullivan that if he sentences Flynn, that higher court will regard this as an act of contempt of court, and that Judge Sullivan will be be held in jail until Mr. Flynn is released and the contempt is over.
The system will make an effort to hold him in a facility that doesn’t have anyone he’s sentenced, but...

This doesn’t make sense. Did Rush misspeak? Not likely a packed court of obozo judges would rule in Flynn’s favor. Rush said he didn’t know how many are on the court - I think when we got that last decision, we were told it was 13 for the whole court!
Sullivan’s son may or may not be a rapist, but we know that the Nazi hack judge is.

Crystal Mangum lied about the Duke Lacrosse boys. She said they raped her. The Attorney General of North Carolina refused to charge her after she came close to ruining the lives of all those boys. I am not impressed at all with our judges and our judicial system.

First, he should not have talked to them without a lawyer present. Basic education 101. They show up in a pair with notebooks—your call your lawyer.
Second, if you are not guilty, you don’t plead guilty. If your kids are threatened, then your kids are threatened. If they did something wrong, they are going to get screwed anyway—or are you supposed to believe them when they are “forcing” you to take the plea? The FBI lies ALL THE TIME. You cannot believe anything they say. Ever. See rule 1.
Third, nice move to name calling.
I am sure you believe that all Federal Law Enforcement is there to protect you. When the FBI or IRS show up at your door (and they have) you must assume they are there to sodomize you. Agreeing to do anything with then without a lawyer is just agreeing to be sodomized.
These rules apply if you are a small business person or the President of the United States—and everyone in between.
Your trust in our government is admirable. It is misplaced.
