The Rule of Law. Not the rule of lawyers. Something for these comfortable, arrogant office holders to consider...Rule of Law is not just to protect the people from the government (office holders), it's here to protect the government from the people.
If there is no rule of law, then those who hold office and work for the government have no claim to the protection of law. If we cannot count upon the government for justice, if we understand that if you want justice, whatever you do, don't involve the government...their quality of work life will take a sharp negative turn.

As I understand it, the Judge wants to keep the case against Flynn because he plead guilty, which if he was innocent, the Judge then says he lied to him/his court when he plead guilty.

I got a traffic ticket last year. Driving in the middle lane. They plead it down to jaywalking. That way, the town gets to keep all the fine money. New York State takes its cut for moving vehicular infractions. Every local municipality in the state runs this charade. I plead guilty to jaywalking. Does this mean that I committed perjury?

Yep, you are right, no need to look it up I am old enough to have voted for Ford. I think it would look bad for Flynn it would allow Dem to paint him as a criminal who got away with it because of Trump. I would like to see Flynn as an advisor to Trump during his second term.
According to this judge, he has latched onto that theory in order to drag out the case to keep the gag order in place on Flynn until after the election. Otherwise, Flynn will spill the beans on the billions of off-book money spent abroad by Obama, BIDEN, and Brennan.
