It is. Not a great distance but it bypasses the res. These tomahawk toters need to be treated like the foreign nationals that they are. I would erect a border patrol and customs/immigration station at every access point to the res and require passports and visas to pass.

It all their land as far as they are concerned ... there are many tribes that claim and get resources far from their power centers, aka reservations.
Not pennies, but direct funds in the millions of dollars to the tribal leaders who will, as they see fit, disburse the funds within the tribe (as long as the disbursements go to them and to close relatives), plus any per barrel amounts.
Hey Amy Sisk; When reporting on judicial rulings the person’s name (The Judge) making the ruling should be in the first sentence in that report not never or in the the 14th paragraph.
