The Supreme Court has a few more big decisions to hand down. The court has already decided some of the biggest cases on its docket including abortion, the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program and LGBT rights but several thorny legal questions need to be resolved before the term is over.
When the next batch of rulings is issued on Monday, it will be the first time in 24 years that the Supreme Court has released decisions in July, a delay that can be attributed to the coronavirus that upended normal operations for the justices this year.

Roberts is compromised.
If/when Roberts resigns, who might President Trump name as replacement chief justice? I’d put money on elevating Kavanaugh.
The last time we had July opinions was during the government shutdown in 1996.
The American Indian case is Murphy. It could be a game changer - for good or evil. Its a sovereignty issue in a felony criminal case (murder). The Court would like to split the baby, but 150+ years of precedent is being jammed down everyones throats. Roberts will have to do some of that magic tax, but not a tax stuff here. Mischief is afoot.
Oldplayer
Justice Roberts ready to vote with the wrong side because he hates President Trump.
A big week for decisions & then off for the summer break after this week.
If any Justice is ACTUALLY going to retire, well hear of it soon.
We are stuck with Roberts.
He’s not going anywhere.
Why would Roberts resign when he’s batting a 1000 for democrats?
We need to find out what they hVe in Roberts and use it against him, leaving him in a lose lose situation where he must resign.
Roberts, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh at a Soros BBQ discussing the issue right now.
Why do supreme court decisions come only around June?
Why not have them throughout the year?
SCOTUS Predictions
Trump’s financial records -denide - but with strings attached
ObamaCare contraception mandate - pass

Maybe we can ask Johnnie and Buzzy to call in sick this week???

Why in the world would you think Roberts would resign??
Just being hopeful, he’s not much of a constitutionalist, nor conservative. Tire of justices that seem to want to write law instead of interpret.
The island of Malta holds the key.
“Maybe we can ask Johnnie and Buzzy to call in sick this week???”
Has she actually been coming to court or phoning it in?
