President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that he may end one Obama-era housing rule, Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH).
“At the request of many great Americans who live in the Suburbs, and others, I am studying the AFFH housing regulation that is having a devastating impact on these once thriving Suburban areas. Corrupt Joe Biden wants to make them MUCH WORSE,” he wrote on a Twitter post. “Not fair to homeowners, I may END!”

The Obama administration published the AFFH rule in July 2015 to impose several legal obligations on local governments, including reviewing fair housing based on maps and tools provided by the U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and submitting plans—known as consolidated plans or ConPlan—every five years.
Trump’s announcement came as the HUD stopped aggressively implementing the AFFH rule.
HUD suspended the obligation of local governments to file consolidated plans under the regulation in January 2018 and withdrew a computer assessment tool required to be used in preparing those plans in May 2018.
In the latest rule (pdf) published on Jan. 7, 2020, HUD changed the definition of AFFH shifting the emphasis from “address[ing] significant disparities in housing” to “advancing fair housing choice within the program participant’s control or influence.”
HUD also gave more flexibility to local governments to identify common barriers to fair housing choice.

There is a way to beat the system, and the irony is that the lefties in these parts have figured out how to do it while virtue signaling at the same time.
They make lots of noises about “saving the planet” by banning public water and sewer. That stops all multifamily development cold beyond the inner suburbs—and of course “saves the Earth”.
That also justifies large single family lot requirements, which makes additional development very difficult if not impossible.
So—if you want to preserve your housing values for generations to come, you know what to do....1....2.....3.....”Save the planet!” ;-)
As you may, or may not, recall, within 20 minutes of President Trump swearing in the impeachment of President Trump was announced by one of the newspapers of record.

My neighbors across the street are an inter-racial couple who moved up here from the suburbs south of Atlanta when they had children. They said they did it for “better schools,” but the public schools here aren’t really better than any others in Georgia, except for a less dangerous demographic mix. And they’re liberals who put up Obama and Stacy Abrams signs.

I have several other things to add to that list. Trump naively believed he would be rewarded by being restrained and get cooperation for the good of the country. He.knows better now. If he wins our patience will be rewarded. The second term will be a cleansing fire. The left knows this which is why all hell is breaking loose.
No, no...it’s good that he announced it and the Dems can go judge-shopping. It’s important for people to see who side the Dems are really on. Those suburban voters will look at this and defect to Trump.

Low income housing leads to blight.
Everyone on a Section 8 voucher needs to be bonded. If the Section 8 recipient is evicted due to criminal activity, they’re relocated to the house of a Democrat politician who signed off on the Section 8 program or the house of the homeowner who the voucher was paid to.
If the President keeps making moves like that one, this is what the election will look like (run to the polls scene in “Head of State”).

Obama was and is a puppet of the Globalists headquartered in Brussels. He was ordered to implement UN Agenda 21, a part of which is the enforcement of regulations that will force public housing, racial quotas, and shopping districts into every suburban community in the country. And that’s just the beginning of a massive assault on the freedom of individuals to control their own environment and their own lifestyles.
