If you are so smart, please cite any successful prosecution for a violation of the Logan Act. That it is unconstitutional on its face is known by virtually every lawyer in the country.

I merely pointed out the Act was still on the books - I took a Mensa test when I was 13 and was invited - I was smart enough to not waste my time.

Your "IQ test" as to whether Flynn is qualified as FBI Director was the "un-Mensa" part.
