A law professor at the University of Texas-Austin has called for the US Constitution to be ‘updated’, claiming that it has ‘racist words’ and that it is written in ‘gendered language’.
Writing in The Hill this week, Richard Albert stated that the document’s “gendered and racist words stand in the way of true reconciliation in this divided country and have no place in any modern society.”
“The Constitution is replete with obsolete and outdated language that weakens rather than enhances the feeling of belonging that a constitution should generate among a country’s citizens,” the professor proclaims.
The ‘racist’ part of the Constitution, Albert claims, comes in the 13th Amendment, despite the fact that it actually abolishes slavery.
Albert argues that the Fugitive Slave Clause remains, claiming it serves as “a painful reminder of America’s original sin.”
Albert also argues that because all pronouns in the Constitution are male, it is discriminatory.
“Imagine how schoolchildren must feel when they read the Constitution in their basic civics course. Some will be made to feel less than welcome in their own country… The highest law of the land creates a hierarchy of citizenship.” he writes.
The professor also argues against claims that altering the Constitution as it was written would water it down, claiming that if “racist and gendered terms” are removed, then the Constitution “would celebrate equality and inclusion, and give Americans a text proudly to call their own — one in which they would see themselves and their hopes reflected.”

The US Constitution is one of the most inspired and beautiful political documents ever. The Constitution created the United States of America, one of the freest and greatest nations of all time.
Satan and his Leftist minions have always hated America, the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave. This is a direct attack on the U S Constitution which is a direct attack on America. Meet the attack with full measure of force.
Regardless of the Left’s ridiculous definitions of the these ridiculous, undefined, and vague terms of “racist” and “sexist”, the Constitution and America are the greatest political and national entities ever.

15. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.
16. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.”
17. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity, which does not need a “religious crutch.”
18. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”
19. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
20. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”
21. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the “big picture.”
22. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture—education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
23. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
24. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.
25. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.
26. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand (or treat).
27. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
28. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.

Sure it allowed Dick the fake UT-law intellectual to speak freely, have an “education” and a career that apparently is overpaying him. But Dick, we’ll honor your freedom to speak, tenure and contract to pay you despite your craziness and intellectual shallowness, none of this would be done in Cuba or China or Russia with their new and approved egalitarian constitutions. Our Constitution seems like a brilliant document to me ... even allows for amendments. Dick is probably too lazy to do the heavy lifting for a Constitutional convention - and live with the results that he won’t like. Our Founders protected us from being governed by people like Dick.
