No need to- as soemoen pointed out- she and her family were being menaced by the black family- being that this is a stand your ground state- one doesn’t have to retreat and cower and wait for police to arrive like they do in liberal dominated states that won’t allow people to stand up for their own rights—

I believe it absolutely was a setup- The white woman apologized just as the screaming foul mouthed black woman demanded, but the black woman wasn’t really lookin for an apology- she was very likely looking for it to turn into a case of assault where she could sue the white woman as evidenced by the fact that the black woman lied by claiming the car hit her-
Without a doubt, the pregnant woman and her husband were being threatened. Just trying to figure out why she was charged... The only thing I can think of, is that she retreated when she got in the car and closed the window. Then, when the other woman began banging on the car, she got back out of the car with the gun. Maybe that's considered self-defense in that state, just not in mine.
