Protesters plan to storm Washington, D.C., over Independence Day weekend with protests and demonstrations.
Activists in the most high profile of these events plan to protest the Emancipation Memorial in Lincoln Park. The memorial, which leaders of the local collective the Freedom Neighborhood claimed they would topple last week, has become a subject of national interest, with many people making a case both for and against the statue. Glenn Foster, the leader of the Freedom Neighborhood, has promoted multiple protests against the memorial set for the days surrounding the July 4 weekend. In some of his material, he celebrated the fact that on Tuesday the Boston Arts Commission voted to remove an identical copy of the statue, which depicts President Abraham Lincoln freeing the slave Archer Alexander, from public display.

Do tell us the history of the five years prior to the Civil War. What was the state of politics then and what was the main idea running through the nation’s newspapers at that time? Please tell us that you had non-public school ejumucation so that we might be enlightened on the specific canard that gobmint skools taught us.
Can you tell me who the Godfather of the Republican party is and what he founded? And what his beliefs were? Because this does tie into what you ascribe to as a canard being promulgated by gubnit skools.

In the statue wars, most of the "demonstrators" are white and heavily female. The older ones are the Antifa types, majority male but with a legit female presence. The bulk of the crowd is younger and heavily female, composed mostly of virtue signaling SJW's and even younger kids drunk on demonstration chic.
