FACT: Mask Mandates UNLAWFUL In US

FACT: It is illegal in the United States to sell, offer for sale or promote via any means that touches interstate commerce (which would include any communications form that crosses a state line) any drug or device intended to treat, prevent or cure any disease or disorder of the human body without proof in the form of random clinical trials which are then submitted and analyzed by the FDA. This is controlled under the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (Title 21 USC.) The government goes after sellers of supplements and devices on this basis all the time. The law is crystal clear in this regard; both safety and efficacy must be scientifically proved, reviewed and then formally approved by the FDA

We are being forced to wear a medical device with the claim that it protects against virus transmission, when all documented evidence based on several studies shows that wearing a mask inhibits proper oxygen intake, which may lead to severe health problems. On the other hand there is no documented evidence, nor have any studies been conducted that would back up the claim that wearing a mask offers any protection against the transmission of viruses.

And what happens when the droplets vaporize, and the virus becomes airborne?

I’ve had enough and I’m not la di da. If I’m approached in a store by staff encouraging me to wear mask I just tell them I have breathing problems. I can say I have medical documentation but I am not required to produce it. And that is from our county guidelines. If asked I would just show them the three minute video that shows how air inside the mask has inadequate level of O2 which fails to meet OSHA workplace standards... And they shouldn’t wear theirs either, and to
take it up with boss/and or/lawyer.

Shouldn’t we be seeing ADS on TV and Radio Everywhere by Major Law Forms asking:

Have you been forced to wear an unapproved Medical Device that is Known to be ineffective??

Have you suffered Damages from these ineffective and unapproved Medical Devices? Fired from your Job?, Suspended? Disciplined?

Were you defrauded into believing these Medical Devices actually worked as you were told by your Public Masters who forced you to utilize these ineffective Medical Devices??

CALL NOW!!!

Meh...virus particles do not travel through the air by themselves, so what needs to be measured is the size of the moisture globules they travel on.

Hey Mac, thanks for repeating the leftist nonsense. When you are wearing a thin piece of fabric over your mouth and you are coughing, sneezing, or just breathing all the covering does is act like a viral reservoir and acts like a sieve to reduce the size of the “moisture globules” so that they can travel further and also are spread more consistently with every breath that you take.

What you are spreading is unfounded nonsense thought up by your self appointed government overlords. There is absolutely ZERO clinical evidence that a thin piece of cloth worn over someone's mouth helps prevent an infected person from spreading this virus. There is not even much evidence that masks manufactured to capture dust particles do much if any good. But public policy where we are at does not dictate what type of covering must be worn and even encourages a single layer of T-shirt cotton, or handkerchief material.

I hate those laws as it is. No reason for our federal government to have monopoly censorship control over medical speech.

But the sorry fact is the loophole the globalists have found is the health emergency powers held by the states, counties and municipalities now being abused beyond recognition with the support of the Deep State/MSM oligopoly.

It’s going to take massive uprisings and foot putting down on the part of the citizenry to get that reined in and then put back in its proper role again.

*But public policy where we are at does not dictate what type of covering must be worn and even encourages a single layer of T-shirt cotton, or handkerchief material.*

I am seriously considering making a face mask using lace as the main material. If stopped and told that it’s not helping keep the virus in/out, then I can point to all those mask wearers who have improperly fitting masks, masks worn below the nose, etc. etc. and see what the “authorities” say then. I’m totally sick of this nonsense.

Exactly. Mask mandates are unconstitutional.

I doubt there is a single study to support this antithetical notion.

Face coverings work to prevent the spread of viruses, which is not to say they should be mandated for use by everyone.

Trying to win a political argument by attacking the science behind wearing a face covering only hurts your own position.

Employers requiring any employee to wear a respiratory mask falls under the rules and regulation of OSHA.

Such employer requirements of face mask requires a medical questionair, reviewed by a medical staff prior to wearing the mask and once a year after.

Answering a question in a way that flags that person then require a medical visit for that person to be evaluated.

All true.

But...but...it will do nothing to stop the despotism.

There are dozens of ways that local and state governments can harass and destroy businesses that are difficult or impossible to stop.

These various governments are telling businesses that they must not allow customers in without masks....or else.

You can’t force a business to allow you in if it demands a mask. Some of these fascists have figured this out and are using this approach. You can’t conduct your entire life online.

Only mass civil disobedience will stop this. Based of the number of sheep wearing masks, that just isn’t going to happen. The despots have already won, even when (more like if) lockdowns and mask orders end. The people are now conditioned.

Flu season will be here right on schedule and you can make book on them starting this mask crap up all over again. I double damn guarantee that.

My Nexcare 8612F respirator is rated N95. It states on the box: “The U.S. FDA has cleared this respirator (model 8612F) for use by the general public i public health emergencies, such as an influenza epidemic, to help reduce wearer exposures to airborne germs. This is not intended for any other use.”

Further, it warns: “This respirator is intended to help reduce breathing in pathogenic biological airborne particles or germs during public health emergencies, such as an influenza pandemic.”

Seems to me that, at the least, the N95 is lawful. Bandanas, cloth masks and the like are not.

If the COVID virus is 30 nm in diameter, then what protection is actually afforded by an N-95 type mask that protects down to 100 nm?

Inquiring minds want to know.

I think if folks want to wear a mask, especially if they can get their hands on one made for this specific use, that’s up to them and fine by me.

But demanding I wear something that’s not even meant for such a purpose?

That’s not about public health.

I’ve looked all over and can’t find disposable facemasks made anywhere other than China for sale.

And still can’t get our hands on N95s or the surgical mask type face masks meant for use in healthcare settings.
