My Nexcare 8612F respirator is rated N95. It states on the box: “The U.S. FDA has cleared this respirator (model 8612F) for use by the general public i public health emergencies, such as an influenza epidemic, to help reduce wearer exposures to airborne germs. This is not intended for any other use.”
Further, it warns: “This respirator is intended to help reduce breathing in pathogenic biological airborne particles or germs during public health emergencies, such as an influenza pandemic.”
Seems to me that, at the least, the N95 is lawful. Bandanas, cloth masks and the like are not.
For a law to be effective and lawful it has to meet a standard.
Coverings meet ZERO standard and I have been telling everyone that a N95 has a standard but, the fraud givernment isn’t telling everyone to meet a standard that has some medical efficacy...
Well then there is a problem. How do you restrict Burqas, Hijabs etc as unlawful.
