To be fair to Cornyn, he just proposed making Juneteenth a holiday, Ron Johnson complained another holiday would waste money and proposed eliminating one to counter balance and suggested Columbus claiming few care about it. Cornyn said he doesn’t want to eliminate Columbus day.
