Wasn’t Roberts’ wife a pro-life activist? Can’t she castrate him?

To make matters of progressive activists Repub Supreme Court appointees who passed "advice and consent" even more hilarious, the score card is (Not counting Trump's pick yet):

10 for Malignant progressives vs. 4 texualists who respect the negative rights placed on the Federal government and promote States' rights found in the Constitution. Couple minor quirks with Scalia and the commerce clause as well as Alito with hyper-LEO views but that does negate the rest of their identity.

Imagine if just half of those 10 malignant progressives were not duds.

Simply not true.

Please feel free to provide a couple of specific cases where leftists didn't support the liberal agenda. I read most decisions once they are posted on the court's website. I can't recall the last time I was surprised by a leftist's vote.

Justice Thomas' main issue in the dissent is that abortion providers have no standing before the court to argue for Constitutional rights of their potential customers.

This from dicta of his dissent.
And today, the plurality reaffirms our precedent allowing beer vendors to assert the Fourteenth Amendment rights of their potential customers. Ante, at 14 (citing Craig v. Boren, 429 U. S. 190, 192 (1976)). But it is fair to wonder whether gun vendors could expect to receive the same privilege if they seek to vindicate the Second Amendment rights of their customers. Given this Court’s ad hoc approach to third-party standing and its tendency to treat the Second Amendment as a second-class right, their time would be better spent waiting for Godot.

LOL. Thomas is pretty funny some times.
