**Numerous companies are pursuing various COVID-19 vaccine strategies with great urgency.

**At least until widespread availability and acceptance of a safe and effective vaccine, the search for a therapeutic is of critical moment.

**CytoDyn's leronlimab is shaping up as a prime contender to be a preferred COVID-19 therapeutic.

**To this point, leronlimab has a pristine safety profile; and CytoDyn has leronlimab's manufacturing component under control.

**At this point during the start of summer 2020, the world has a huge catalog of unproven COVID-19 vaccines in early development, some in phase 2, more in phase 1, most have yet to reach the clinic.

This is my 2 cents worth on the subject of this article
Leronlimab needs more publicity than it's receiving. So I decided to post this article so others can learn about this drug which to date has the best results for those already in ICU on ventilators.

Leronlimab is a strong candidate for COVID-19 because it's success in trials for autoimmune problems like HIV, and certain cancers.

It has shown success in its stage three testing for HIV. Plus is has positive results as a potential treatment option for metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC) and metastatic breast cancer. Now it is getting positive results for the treatment of severe lung Inflammation in COVID-19 Patients.

If the trials keep showing positive results, then major health issues humans the World over face could be cured. Covid-19, Breast Cancer, HIV, and even the common Flu.>

I came across CYDY's stock because of their success in HIV and Breast Cancer research. After some intense investigation I decided to purchased a couple thousand shares. The company is (Cytodyn Inc.. in January of this year at paid $1.39 per share. I expected this is be a small slow moving long term investment in a possible cure for two devastating problems facing mankind. Then China created COVID-19, and when the country shut down. Like many I took it in the rear end by losing tens of thousands when the market crashed.

Then the scientists at Cytodyn decided to see if their drug Leronlimab, which tackles autoimmune problems, might work on COVID-19. It was after their initial positive results that made the stock soar. The stock is now up to $6.93 per share, and there is a chance it could hit the stratosphere if they are successful in even just one of the problems they are attacking. If it works on all three (HIV Breast Cancer, & COVID-19) then the sky is the limit.

BS.. its a perpetual money grab. This is an rna virus. Any vax will quickly become impotent. Want immunity to many antigenic sites, get the virus and develop antibodies to multiple antigens. It will be worth the seuffering.

Bring Out Your Dead

The purpose of the “Bring Out Your Dead” ping list (formerly the “Ebola” ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.

The false positive rate was 100%.

At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.

If a quarantine saves just one child's or one old fart’s life, it's worth it.

Cheap, and HCQ has been used safely for malaria, rheumatoid arthritis, and lupus.

If this works it will be cure you IF you get COVID-19. Just as it will be a cure IF you get breast cancer, or IF you get HJIV.

Prevention is different.

Yet people refuse to read what is written.

Interesting how many are so predisposed to hating anything that goes against their predisposed understanding.

It would be a cure IF, got it? IF you get the flu.

VACCINES ARE ONLY GOOD FOR THE FLU IT IT TARGETING. BUT CURES FIX YOU IF YOU GET THE DAMN FLU.

Like HIV and Breast cancer, you would get the treatment ONLY IF you get HIV or Cancer.

Flu vaccines are at best 60% effective - mostly in younger folks who don't get sick anyway. So, probably much closer to 0% effective in protecting the vulnerable.

This is probably not better than the hydroxychloroquine + zinc, or ivermectin + zinc methods, which appear to reduce fatalities to near zero. But there will be a patent, so there will be a big profit.
