No regulations should also mean no protective regulations. Remove rule 230 (?) and let the bottom lines of the companies suffer when conservatives get doxxed or threatened on their platforms.

“Either way, free speech loses.”

Translation: I lack the imagination to find the proper solution.

Trusting the government make people literate is like trusting the mafia to make people incorruptible.

"The 1st amendment, and all subsequent amendments, have no sway over private (or even publicly traded) enterprises."

That is fine, however, if the "private" company (Especially publishers trying to say they are platforms, huge hypocrisy there) deducts or is subsidized 1 cent (FB and Twitter in the 10's of millions and deduct millions more) than they become part of that centralized federal government and thus, more prone into becoming State propaganda/acting service centers of the State (What do you call the "marriage" of central government with business again) rather than a free enterprise libertarians keep bandying about.

Yo Nicki,
Its not regulation but enforcing existing Anti Trust laws.
Everyone above the level of Cafeteria worker in Silicon Valley takes Anti Trust training.

I went to it 5 times in my 30 years at Intel.

“Either way, free speech loses.”

Nimrada wants to be relevant, but she has nothing to offer.

This is an important public policy issue but Nimrada has no solution; no ideas.

Pathetic. She ought to just go desecrate a monument to her state's war dead.

“ One of Nikki’s favorite words....”but”.

Carly Fiorina did the same thing. Carly is a big fan of Hegelian dialect. Sounds like the Indian is too.

.

Regulation can be of all kinds.

Making them effectively UTILITIES (which under the law have equal access provisions).

THAT Making the Tech companies SUE-able in court for BIASED CENSORSHIP (which CAN be proved/demonstrated with notarized evidence).

.

Haley's comments show a lack of thinking outside the box. Lots of things can be done. You could set up committees of people to watch over censorship, for example.

Haley is as dangerous as Rubio. Both are Never Trumpers at their core.

I will whole-heartedly take CW2 than vote for her.

She is a cowardly globalist, nothing more.

Pence is just as evil. His pandemic panel has brought this country to its knees!

Always amazing that often there are so few originals and unique people who are then irreplaceable. There is no other Trump. He is it. Same with Bob Dylan, Elvis, Norman Mailer, William F. Buckley, John Wayne and many more. (Not an endorsement of any and all viewpoints or politics---just uniqueness.)

Once the young Bruce Springsteen was walking between rows of tables at a restaurant and Bob Dylan reached out and took his arm. "They tell me you're the new me. Well, you'd better start being you because I'm already me." Springsteen got the message.

Similar to Carly in the debates. Some GOP types said "Maybe Trump should have been nicer to her." "Maybe she'll attract the women's vote" "Maybe she's a hidden hard charging conservative underneath". Yeah? And maybe another betrayer and vengeance minded woman with a sharp blade in the hand behind her back.
