Sydney Powell clearly had him out there on the circuit.
I think it was a message to Judge Sullivan that they’re
about to start ignoring his gag order.
I heard him and Syndey Powell on Hannity’s radio program.
Just so I say this. This is the Deep State. They don’t lose. General Flynn will soon be back in Sullivan’s Court, The full, Democrat appointment dominates DC Circuit will soon take this up. They will declare that Sullivan had to rule first before the DC Circuit had jurisdiction. Then, after a lengthy delay, say after November, Sullivan will rule against Flynn. Then the DC Circuit will take it up and, depending upon the panel, will rule. The full Circuit will take it up again and rule and finally it will make it to the Supreme Court.
Roberts, the compromised fool, will be in play.
But by that time, Sullivan figures, Trump will have lost and be forced to pardon Flynn ending his chances to sue for the justice he deserves.

The Flynn persecution tactics (and strategy) are designed to keep him quiet. That’s what the entire case is about. He’s the man who knows too much.
But by that time, Sullivan figures, Trump will have lost and be forced to pardon Flynn ending his chances to sue for the justice he deserves.
This is why Flynn is going public now. Powell is turning up the heat on the Deep State and forcing Barr’s hand.

Who is going to appeal it to them? The DOJ? Nope. Flynn? Nope. The JUDGE?!?

I actually think they have Sullivan painted into a corner.
That release of Strozk’s notes yesterday was done with a purpose. It’s telling Sullivan that there’s more where that came from. That his efforts to silence Flynn are ultimately futile. That if he cites him for contempt for violating a gag order in a case he’s been ordered to drop Trump will just pardon him for the contempt, and the info will be out there anyway (just like how they could not actually stop Bolton’s book). Continuing the stall tactics is pointless. THAT is the message that was being sent yesterday.
We'll now see just how fervent a Leftist anti-Trump pro-Obama swamp dweller and front line judicial activist fighter he is.
Will it work? I don’t know, but that clearly appears to be their strategy.

Sullivan is a tool/puppet who is clearly running interference for Obama. The really bad stuff has yet to come out but the recent release of Strzok’s notes are a taste of things to come. Sullivan is trying to keep the lid on it (on behalf of Obama in particular and the cabal in general) but, as you said, continuing the stall tactics is pointless now.
Obama will never be formally charged with anything but his legacy, such that it is, will be in tatters.
Wonderful man!! At the end Mark says he lost everything..yeah they squeezed him dry BUT, all he needs to do is write a book and regain everything he lost plus more!!! I will get in line to buy his book(s) for all my family as gifts!!! Can’t wait!!!
Going forward the FBI is going to have a much more difficult time browbeating people into guilty please thanks to what she’s exposed.

Some of the tactics the FBI has used against Team Trump seem to be straight out of the mafia’s playbook. Just saying.

The Judge can’t appeal his writ, he can go to the full court and explain himself, but that is judicial suicide. He can’t rule against Flynn, because he no longer has charges against Flynn. He can’t make up charges, because that exceeds his power as determined by the Writ statement. So....basically, the ONLY way that the Judge could drag this out is to start asking SOME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE QUESTIONS about original prosecutors. Why did they withhold BRADY evidence? Why did they lie to the judge? Why did the DOJ threaten Flynn’s family?
No, the deep state absolutely lost on this. They LOST big when it became obvious that Obama and Biden were involved in the targeting of an innocent man, by documents that should have been released 3.5 years ago. The Judge CAN prolong it, but only if he starts asking questions about the deep state they don’t want asked.
Sullivan will let it go, he will look even more ridiculous if he pursues Flynn at this point. He did his part for the Coup, now its time for lights to be turned on, America to see, and the cockroaches to scatter.
