On Friday evening, peaceful Black Lives Matter chants were shadowed by the deafening roar of motorcycle engines as counter-protestors including some who were open-carrying firearms followed the marchers on their route down Railroad Avenue to the Rifle Police Department.
The march was organized on Juneteenth, the oldest celebration in the U.S. commemorating the end of slavery.
It was the second time this month that several hundred protesters gathered in Rifle at City Hall. But unlike the June 2 vigil, Fridays event was met by a significant counter-protest.
As BLM supporters gathered in the plaza near city hall, several hundred more supporters from Back the Blue and other conservative groups lined Railroad Avenue.
Most importantly, first and foremost it is about getting the message out, there are so many problems across the country that may not be happening here, we may not see here, but it doesnt mean we cant stand with our brothers and sisters across the country, BLM supporter Omar Hernandez said.

“there are so many problems across the country that may not be happening here”
Maybe they aren’t a real problem anywhere, Mr. Hernandez. Think about that.
The motorcyclists demanded that the town change its name to AR-15. [/s]
Someone crashed the BLM protest, welcome to America sweetie!
>>> peaceful Black Lives Matter chants
Juneteenth is a Texas jubilation celebration. It isn’t about marching to promote Marxism and Marxism is not peaceful. It’s as peaceful as a Brownshirt march. They are peaceful until they aren’t and the political ideal is totally despotic.
Bitter Livid Marxists
“On Friday evening, peaceful Black Lives Matter...”
There is no such thing.
Omar Hernandez?
You mean like the Spaniard Conquistadors who brought the first slaves to the Americas since they ran out of indigenous slaves who they worked to death or simply slaughtered?
He’s now a victim?
More like the worst of the victimizers.
“Juneteenth is a Texas jubilation celebration. It isnt about marching to promote Marxism...”
Yes.
Nothing wrong with Juneteenth. It’s cool in fact.
I hate how these Marxist are trying to usurp it and taint it.
No Peace. No Justice.

Bet it was a real peaceful protest. No problems?? Carry on.
There are a few things wrong with your question.
First, slavery, human sacrifice, and cannibalism were practiced, commonly, before the Spanish Conquistadors arrived in the Americas. The Spanish did not bring the first slaves to the Americas. Slaves were already here, and had been here, for a long time.
Second, yes, the indigenous people made poor slaves because they died of European illness in great numbers, and they could, and often did, run away, because they knew the people and the languages.
So, yes, the Spaniards imported slaves, though the Portuguese brought in many more. Most of them went to Brazil, where they were worked to death, unlike the mainland British colonies, where most slaves were allowed to form families and raise children.
I thought it was a black lives matter protest. Where are the black people in that protest?
The only reason it was peaceful is because patriots showed up to counter the Burn,Loot,Murder thugs and their pantifa allies.
Rifle is also home to Shooters Grill, where the waitresses open carry:

IF black lives actually mattered to these evil frauds they would stop the murder of so many black live in the womb. An unborn child at half way being born (20 -22 weeks gestational age) has been proven able to learn. Black lives don’t matter to these lying anarchist. Their empowerment is all that matters to these fraudulent Marxists.
Biker lives matter.
