A pro-Trump super PAC is asking voters in a new television to consider whether former Vice President Joseph R. Biden, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, is suffering from dementia.
The Committee to Defend the President said it has invested $400,000 in the “Lost His Mind” ad that started airing Wednesday in Arizona and across social media.
“Does Joe Biden have the mental capacity to keep America safe?” the narrator says in the ad, which features footage of Mr. Biden making meandering comments and stumbling through worlds. “Is Joe Biden making any sense? Does Joe Biden have dementia?”
Mr. Biden, 77, is running to become the nation’s oldest president. His penchant for verbal gaffes and miscues has caught the attention of some voters and provided fodder for his critics.
The ad closes out with the narrator saying: “In a world losing its mind, we don’t need a president who has already lost his.”

Looking for Biden’s poll numbers to do the old,
“I’ve fallen and I can’t getup routine” right after the short-lived euphoria of his selection of a running mate has given way to reality.
Whoever he picks is going to come off more as a Visiting Angel than a potential Commander in Chief.
If you do it too early the Dems will dump Biden and Hillary will come riding in on her pale horse. (Pay attention, Berniebots, your guy came in second so anyone replacing Biden other than Bernie is cheating you.)

Left up to Joe and the agencies that would conduct the debates, Joe shall NEVER have a one-on-one debate with President Trump. So just keep on hammering it with the TV spots and tweets which seem to be extraordinarily effective, and reach a suitably large audience.
Trump has the Democrats playing defensive from virtually every direction. The Democrats have no message of their own, everything they proclaim is on reaction to Trump.
