People say stuff like that nowadays to make themselves look hip. And I am sure he took it. But this idea that Roger took a lot of LSD is more myth than fact. In fact the whole band with the exception of Syd did not take as much LSD as commonly believed. Rick took a lot of cocaine and had some issues.

My comments are based on an old interview of David Gilmour from the early to mid 70s. FWIW but could be more accurate than what Roger says.

Nick Mason has been touring playing 60s Floyd material, and I believe Roger made an appearance at one of the gigs.
