I once spoke with a guy who had taken a low-level IT support job with her company, Harpo Productions in Chicago. Upon joining he was forced to sign an intimidating nondisclosure agreement stating that he "would not divulge any personal details about Ms. Winfrey to anyone."
Supposedly everyone from the COO down to the part-time janitors were forced to sign these. Anyone who would do that must have a walk-in closet overflowing with skeletons.
