These are mostly folks trying to get out of a lynch mob situation. I’ve advised my wife to run them over at 50MPH also if they corner her.

Vehicle attacks. Could be, but the videos I’ve seen look more like ordinary people trying to avoid being yanked out and beaten to death by moving forward. To avoid being struck by cars, don’t play in the street, don’t block the highways, and don’t threaten people who are just trying to get somewhere.
When you approach, never hesitate for a moment, because they will take it as your willingness to stop. If you come barreling at them at 50 mph from the moment you see them, they WILL get out of the way. If they don’t, they were committing suicide.
