I have heard and seen these things before. They happen on college campuses and it is how many college campuses handle things when it comes to rule breaking and even criminal actions that occur on campus. These tribunal system are now expected in the real world. It is leaving young people with no idea how our legal system is designed to work.

This mob rule type legal system is un-Constitutional and dangerous. I appreciate they included a young man that maintains this event presents an emotional response that is illogical. Bravo for him. He may not fully be aware why he doesn't approve of it, but his freedom is at stake. Tribunals are the next step from the Struggle Sessions we witnessed a few weeks ago.

Phase 2 is on the move and launched. It's directly from the Mao playbook.

Very interesting. Thanks for posting. I grew up in and around Detroit (lived in the city 5 different times), graduated from Wayne St. University in Detroit. My girlfriend (at that time) lived in Detroit during the ‘67 riots. Detroiters have seen senseless arson (including “Devil’s night”), looting and killing. Further descent occurred with racist (”whites can hit 8-mile (northern boundary)) mayor Coleman Young and his corrupt police chief Phil Hart. Mayor Dennis Archer tried. Then along came thug mayor Kwame Kilpatrick and his gangsters. His father, Bernard, and childhood buddy, Bobby were part of the gang that sent all 3 to prison.

https://archives.fbi.gov/archives/detroit/press-releases/2013/former-detroit-mayor-kwame-kilpatrick-contractor-bobby-ferguson-and-bernard-kilpatrick-sentenced-on-racketeering-extortion-bribery-fraud-and-tax-charges

Wayne County prosecutor Kym Worthy was instrumental in sending Kwame away.

Finally the bottom.

Mike Duggan is a very good mayor (trounced Coleman Jr. in last election), Kym a very good prosecutor and Police Chief James Craig probably the best ever. He told citizens to arm up a couple of years ago, because the police could not protect them in all situations.

I know a lot of great pastors and citizens in Detroit. They are great Americans. Detroit has seen it all.

Civilization

Civilization is the progress toward a society of privacy. The savage’s whole existence is public, ruled by the laws of his tribe. Civilization is the process of setting man free from men.

The precondition of a civilized society is the barring of physical force from social relationships—thus establishing the principle that if men wish to deal with one another, they may do so only by means of reason: by discussion, persuasion and voluntary, uncoerced agreement.

The necessary consequence of man’s right to life is his right to self-defense. In a civilized society, force may be used only in retaliation and only against those who initiate its use.

Ayn Rand

And he explained how socialism must inevitably degenerate into communism. But most of his countrymen chose to ignore his logic. The Law is here presented again because the same situation exists in America today as in the France of 1848. The same socialist-communist ideas and plans that were then adopted in France are now sweeping America. The explanations and arguments then advanced against socialism by Mr. Bastiat are — word for word — equally valid today.

Life Is a Gift from God
We hold from God the gift which includes all others. This gift is life — physical, intellectual, and moral life.

But life cannot maintain itself alone. The Creator of life has entrusted us with the responsibility of preserving, developing, and perfecting it. In order that we may accomplish this, He has provided us with a collection of marvelous faculties. And He has put us in the midst of a variety of natural resources. By the application of our faculties to these natural resources we convert them into products, and use them. This process is necessary in order that life may run its appointed course.

Life, faculties, production — in other words, individuality, liberty, property — this is man. And in spite of the cunning of artful political leaders, these three gifts from God precede all human legislation, and are superior to it. Life, liberty, and property do not exist because men have made laws. On the contrary, it was the fact that life, liberty, and property existed beforehand that caused men to make laws in the first place.

“The Law” - Frederic Bastiat

It is just startling to see them actually pulling this kind of stunt. It really is offensive to me that they are ultimately not going to allow the system to work.

In another video there’s a man standing there explaining that the system wasn’t even designed for “them.” https://www.fox2detroit.com/video/698645
