I know of an Assistant District Attorney who actually posted a video online about how they get “giddy” when the police put cuffs on people. Then goes on to say “sometimes I’m evil”. Every person prosecuted by this individual deserves a new trial.
This DA is all over the place and blowing both of his cases against the police in the process. Constitution be damned!

This DA needs to be fired immediately for not only ignoring the law but actively depriving anyone of their constitutional rights.
But, of course, this is further communism 101. Just indict and imprison anyone the government doesn’t like.
All he has to do is rewrite the Georgia state constitution. I just kinda doubt that he can find that type of support.
I think he’s a bit worried that once all the evidence is presented...the grand jury might not be persuaded on anything significant, and involuntary manslaughter might be the only potential charge (meaning if dealt with as a misdemeanor....it’s just 12 months or less in a state prison...Georgia law).
And therein lies the problem. District Attorney has become a political position more than the chief prosecutor for a county.
I've heard of a few impeached judges who became County DA's after all the furor died down.
