Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard announced on Wednesday that the police officer who killed Rayshard Brooks last week was being charged with felony murder and that Brooks did not pose a threat to the officer even though Brooks fired a taser at the officer.
The remarks from Howard come after he charged a police officer earlier this month “for pointing a taser” at someone because a taser is considered to be a “deadly weapon” under Georgia law.

Earlier this month, however, Howard announced charges against several police officers in a case about alleged excessive use of force against two college students during the protests that took place after the death of George Floyd.
In announcing charges against one of the officers, Howard said that the officer was charged with “aggravated assault” for “pointing a taser” at one of the students because “under Georgia law a taser is considered a deadly weapon.”

Let's make this clearer. In Atlanta, the taser is deadly if wielded by a white police officer, but not deadly if wielded by a fleeing black perp.
It's as clear as Black and White.
I say let all cops walk off the job..Then everyone can buy tasers to protect themselves.....See how fast the jails fill up with use of a dangerous weapon....

There are no rules or standards when the goal is to throw a White Cracker in jail for life. Every danm last prosecutor is now going to find any excuse he can to convict as many Whiteys as he can. I decided long ago that the Democrats are so completely corrupt that two things are true.
1. A person cannot under any circumstances be a Christian and a Democrat. Change my mind.
2. I will never, ever again vote for a democrat. Ever. I may not vote for the Republican either, but the Democrat will never get my vote.
My daughter works as a nanny for a family where the husband is running for Congress as a Democrat. She shares my opinion. He’s never asked about her political position and shells never shared it but she is clear that he won’t get her vote.
Paul Howard is also under investigation himself.

During his press conference, this DA stated about Brooks - “at the beginning, he was peacefully sleeping in his car”. WTF ? He was passed out in the drive-thru line. Who decides to take a nap in their car by parking in the drive-thru ?? I didn’t take seriously anything he said after that.....

From what I've read. he is as crooked and corrupt as they come. HE is the one who should be facing charges.
