So what if he kicked the body. It's irrelevant to the fact that Brooks grabbed the taser and fired it at the police officer. Has he not done that, he would still be alive.

Unfortunately, in the current environment, the BLM types are screaming for blood and would burn the city down if they didn't indict and arrest the police officer. Given the racial make up of the city, any jury will ignore the evidence and send him to jail where one of the animals most likely will kill him.

Another city where the animals will soon be running the zoo.

And if he was still alive then Garrett Rolfe would not be facing murder charges and 10 other counts. Bad night all around.

They’ll have to do better than a frame grab. He could have been kicking away the weapon which cops do.

If he’s not dead yet it matters. Should be calling for an ambulance and rendering aid. It’s this “screw it” attitude that’s getting them in trouble.
