An auto-shop owner on the edge of Seattle’s cop-free CHAZ says police refused to help as an angry mob stormed his property — forcing his son to pull a gun to protect them, according to video and reports.
John McDermott told KIRO 7 News that he initially tried to detain a protester Sunday night who stole cash and set a fire in his Car Tender business on the edge of the so-called “Capital Hill Autonomous Zone.”
His son, Mason McDermott, helped tackle the suspect who “tried to cut me with a box cutter,” he told the station, showing large slits in his jeans close to his crotch.
Other protesters soon arrived — and video on social media shows the mob eventually knocking over a section of fencing, running in to confront the owners and angrily demand the return of the original suspect.

Well it seems the police can’t win no matter what they do there.
I wouldn’t want to be a cop if I was a 20 year old in some of these places.
But since there will be no police force in many places soon, I guess the point is moot.

Well, it looks like the libs trapped in CHAZ are getting what they longed for. The theory of no police is much different than the reality of no police. I guess megadoses of liberalism is not very palatable.

Of course if the shop owner had shot one of the protestors in defense of his life or property, the cops would have gone storming in and arrested the owner.

What is the police up to? Do they have gonads? Do they have a relationship with the feminists egging on the blacks to attack locals and confront cops? I do not want to hear a cop cry over a fallen officer when all they do is sit and spy on citizen response, to put the blame on the citizen when said citizen does something to stop youth from destroying property or even killing cops
