RE: Tough sht.
The implication then is once infected and recovered, that does not mean that one is out of the woods. I wonder if they had tested her for antibodies the first time...
Article says she was tested for antibodies and even donated plasma.
“She fought the virus from home and beat it. She even donated plasma twice after testing positive for antibodies, thinking she was in the clear.”
This makes the vaccine a little tougher.
If the virus goes dormant (similar to other virus) it will pop back up again when your immune system drops.
Either way the virus is here to stay, humans will catch it and organ damage (Lungs, Liver, Kidney, Brain) will be done to their body each time they catch it.
As you get older, above 60, it gets worst until one day you are not able to overcome the virus due to a underlining condition a person develops as they grow older. When this happens you die because the virus kills old people.
Summary: The average human life span will be reduce. The governments around the world will save a lot of money on social security and pensions. Our carbon foot print will be smaller because the earth population will be reduce in 50 years. Best thing to do is make sure you can retire early and enjoy life.
There are many reports that antibodies don’t seem to confer immunity to this virus. This is a very scary virus.
