The Supreme Court handed a big win to the LGBT community Monday, ruling in a 6-3 decision that an employer who fires a worker for being gay or transgender violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act -- which already protected people from employer sex discrimination, as well as discrimination based on race, color, religion or national origin.

The authors of the civil rights act in 1964, were not talking about homosexuality or transsexual people , when that law banned discrimination on the basis of sex.
This is a good example of liberals deciding that sex discrimination laws,”should” apply to persons who are not heterosexual.
Six votes. This is disheartening to conservatives. We are not making progress. Undeserving people have been placed on the court.
And savvy employers will avoid hiring the gay homosexuals in the future to avoid all this.
