In so many ways. . . .

“Considering the Supreme Court refused the case and the 9th circuit says the Law is OK by them, NOTHING PREVENTS the Administration from CRIMINALLY CHARGING the Elected Officials for Human Smuggling. FORCE them to Defend themselves in Criminal Court, all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary.”

+1

Wow, this just puts another nail in the coffin. What the hell is wrong with the Supreme Court today? They haven’t ruled in favor of common sense on anything today!

The supreme court is compromised.

Half or more of the top military brass are Obamaite faggets. They'd probably come in on the side of antifa.

If Trump gets another 4 years and he actually gives a crap about America then he needs to purge purge purge for 4 years.

Trump needs to force their hand and start enforcing the laws on the books

Exactly correct, then do what OBammy did when he didn't like the USSC's ruling: ignore it. What are they gonna do, rule again and "mean it this time?"

Looks like there is work remaining to be done on getting a fair & impartial USSC. This is something our country desperately needs in my opinion.

Didn’t they already rule on Arizona’s SB1070 that “only fedguv can enforce immigration law”? And doesn’t “sanctuary cities” violate that ruling?

No, the feds can still enforce immigration laws wherever they want.

They just won't get any help from local law enforcement in sanctuary cities.

Right - the Arizona case stated the Feds had complete control and Arizona could not set its own policies. Now it is the opposite.

Totally agree. Stop playing the defensive approach by trying to use the legal process. Just enforce the damn laws, and make the other side have to wind their way through the process.

This should be common practice. Start ignoring these lower rulings, and proceed with upholding the law.
