he also punched the officer , he stole the taser, he ran off he resisted, and he pointed if not shot the taser at the cop.
What is the cop supposed to do nothing.
The cop was right over this as far as I am concerned

Plus if he could have incapacitated the policeman with the taser, he could have taken his gun.
