Don’t matter if the shooting was justified and on video..the fuse has been lit!! It’s better if the president and his family stays out of D.C. for awhile and camp out in Florida because this time the pentagon deep state will not hold the protesters back from storming the WH...they kinda telegraphed that to trump this past time..bank on it!!
is it no by law however if that taser hit the cop who knows if the suspect would have come round and took the cops gun while he was down and could have been killed. This was justified and the racist mayor is trying to make this another racial incident.

That’s where I’m at. I’ve watched the videos. Everything was fine until he was cuffed and then the perp freaks out realizing he is going to jail and will not have access to his booze.
I side with the police to a point. The police did fine until the cuffing which they botched. Two cops allowed the guy to break loose and get away.
Police must have smarter ways to restrain and immobilize perps without killing them. This was unnecessary and stupid.

This cop had a split second to decide. We don’t need Monday morning quarterbacks. The perp crossed the line when he resisted arrest. Imagine if this cop had delayed even a second. Fortunately, she did not:

It doesn’t look like over reach at all. This dumb ass sentiment has got to go. If a fleeing suspect fires a debilitating and potentially fatal weapon at a cop than that suspect should absolutely be shot every time. Its not only understandable its the cops duty!!
Madness. The cops had every right to arrest the perp. The cop who shot the perp did not have a duty to let the perp tase him after he turned, and perhaps take his gun after he fell to the ground.
