Newsom’s plan to mail ballots to all California voters is temporarily blocked by judge

A Sutter County judge granted a request Friday by two GOP legislators to temporarily block an executive order by Gov. Gavin Newsom that would require that all active California voters receive a mail ballot for the November election.

The order provoked a fiery response from Secretary of State Alex Padilla, who dismissed the assemblymen’s legal challenge as “a reckless publicity stunt.”

The temporary restraining order by Superior Court Judge Perry Parker, which was sought by Assemblymen James Gallagher of Nicolaus (Sutter County) and Kevin Kiley of Rocklin (Placer County), sets a June 26 hearing in Yuba City to determine whether Newsom overstepped his emergency powers making the change in the election rules in May.

But... Newsom’s plan to mail ballots to all California voters has the best intentions to guarantee that every vote is counted?? LOL! It is a deliberate attempt, a Dem publicity, the Dems contrived from fear & panic in order to convince you that government wants to protect the health of the voter. But instead it is a cover for a nefarious scheme under the color of a 'Health Emergency.'

Dems don't care about your health... they care only about VOTES, POWER and STEALING.

Each voter is GUARANTEED to have their vote counted as well as their vote guaranteed against vote nullification (aka: fraud). Mail in voting on its face is impossible as a method in providing those guarantees and instead it encourages, and is deliberate cover for vote nullification/fraud which is exactly why the Dems want it... and the virus is the excuse.

It is quite easy to discard large numbers of ballots from specific zipcodes. Yes that happens

Cheat by mail cannot verify identity of voter or chain of custody of ballots. Noone can honestly claim to prove that wrong. Noone should trust civil servants, political judges, or election volunteers using the honor system.
