According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, during a conference call with over 80 other NBA players this Friday, Kyrie Irving of the Brooklyn Nets expressed concerns that restarting basketball would distract Americans from the ongoing discussion over systemic racism in law enforcement, which for the record isnt real.
I dont support going into Orlando. Im not with the systematic racism and the bullst. Something smells a little fishy, he reportedly said.

ESPN reported that the call also included several players suggesting theyd be willing to sit out the season and numerous more discussing social issues, league economics and, ultimately, a sense that they needed to be united in a decision.

Is this real or is this from The Babylon bee?
This surprises me because I thought the NBA Players Association and owners had already worked out the resumption of the season, and a revised playoff format for this season.
So far, MLB hasn’t.
Yep!
Let them all cancel. Only sport I’ve ever watched is MMA. Sooner or later all sports “stars” come to find out that they are pimples on the ass of time. Meaningless and temporary.

Boo-frickin-hoo
Lost all interest in the NBA after it supported Communist China over the USA, to the point of having fans ejected and arrested for protesting for Hong Kong freedom.
Let them play in Communist China.
Brings back memories for me. I remember going to a few Bullets games at the Capital Center in Landover , Maryland.
I recall they changed the nickname from Bullets to Wizards, because of the owner not wanting to be associated with gun violence, or be seen as endorsing gun violence.
No word yet as to whether the youth gangs of the Washington DC area laid down their weapons in response to the basketball team no longer allegedly endorsing violence in their nickname.
Actually, TV revenues in the form of ESPN cant dry up.
If you have cable, you pay ESPN $8 a month.
Bet these lazy arse cretins love Direct Deposit.
