Police forces exist because centuries of experience have shown that they are the best way to prevent crime, maintain peace and enforce laws. They certainly are not perfect - we've seen needless brutality, corruption and abuse of power through the years, and there is certainly a lot that needs fixing, but the alternatives have all been tried by various nations and systems of government in man's history, and they're all worse.

If the nitwits in the Minneapolis City Council had received better history educations instead of garbage penned by Howard Zinn, they'd already know that.

Yep, 100%. I give it 2 years — one year for their 1-yr plan to fall apart, and another year for the Sharia judges to get in place.

WHAT a load.
1. There will be a "new" police department because it will be REQUIRED to keep order in the chaos.
2. However there will be so many rules, regulations, exemptions, requirements about race that the effort will stall and stall and stall.
3. Again RACISM will be the cited as the cause for the stalling.
4. More efforts will be made by those "talking heads" who control things now.
5. Nothing will be accomplished.

6. Finally, those talking heads will throw up there hands and say: "Well, we can't go ahead because RACISM is stopping us from making ANY progress, so do whatever it takes to have a police force."

7. There WILL be a new police force and it will be made up of mostly men, of course, but from EVERYWHERE BUT FROM Minneapolis.

The saga will end for a while...until the next hot head ahole from "The Squad" or ANTIFA wants to make a name for herself.
