Joe Biden suffered another brain freeze on Wednesday during a brief appearance in Philadelphia.
The presumptive Democrat nominee participated in a round table discussion about reopening after the coronavirus pandemic.
With a mask strangely dangling from his ear, Biden seemed to lose his place.

When President Trump returns to large campaign events it will be hard for former vice-president Biden to not get out of the basement. The comparisons of Trump’s 1-1/2 to 2 hour live, 10,000-plus events and Biden’s likely 5-7 minute, more media than voter events, will be hard for the media to cover up.
