Most Republicans would rather curry favor with the media and academic elites, who hate them with a passion.
Trump who doesn’t have a conservative back ground, fights these lowlifes “tooth and nail” everyday of the week. Yet he gets very little support from cowardly politically correct Republicans.
Most of “our” Republican leaders are a waste of sperm.

They are too busy trying to stop the mass murder of senior citizens in the nursing homes. /s
To: BEJ
They might think why should they intervene if the Democrats are making themselves look bad by joining in with the rioters. So Democrats look bad and Republicans look weak.
Weak loses that fight.

... Why arent they holding hearings on Antifa and the militant BLM activists?... I want to know who are the major America-hating antifa/blm players calling the shots?
This is not spontaneous.
To: Hojczyk
Honestly? They need Trump to set the tone because they're all scared witless by the idea of taking a step in a direction that Trump isn't willing to go and then getting both savaged by the left and getting a bad tweet from the president. And the White House just kind of seems confused and not sure of exactly what direction they want to take. Trump talked about sending in the Marines but the generals balked and Mattis peed on his shoes, so that went away. He talked about declaring Antifa a terrorist group but without a willing Congress to provide the legal framework that's out. And now it seems like the plan is to hold a bunch of rallies and go hard on supporting cops, which is probably what he should've done from the beginning but he's just getting started.
We're behind the 8-ball and it's not a good place to be.

Where are the gutless Republicans?
Where they always are - standing over in the corner with a stupid smile on their collective face, hoping their lunch money won't get taken and knowing it probably will.
To: Hojczyk
And this is EXACTLY why I will not donate to the GOP, only to the President directly.

So far, the destruction is almost completely limited to Blue cities and states and speaks with the eloquence of events: Democrats will not defend lives and property against race riots and looters.
To: bluejean
The GOP members are advised by first rate political consultants. In many instances, the consultants do their political thinking, which is often to the best.

Yup. Because the bad can at least fight and protect you if you give allegiance.

I sure would like to know!!
I’ve long said “they’re in this together.” I really do believe much of it is staged/planned by both sides together.
This is the #1 reason why I voted for Mr. Trump: not because he is charming; not because he said what I wanted to hear; not because I believed he could get the job done; I voted for this man because I wanted (and still do!) ALL career politicians OUT.
ALL Incumbents OUT. The work culture of our government is pitiful, self-indulgent and filthy with every single sin imaginable and it’s tolerated and perpetuated each and every single year. It’s disgusting.
Mr. Trump is neither a politician nor a statesman. He knows the Art of the Deal and can see the Art of the Con long before he can smell it. THIS is why I voted for this man, we don’t need any more politicians. We need people who love this country more than they love their wallet & egos.

Yup. Pence is cardboard cut out of a man. A typical empty suit politician who kisses Trumps ass.
Listen to one of his speeches. They are devoid of substance and every other sentence gushes praise to Mr. President.
