The lawsuit, filed in federal court on Wednesday, complained Ms. Bowsers move, as well as her decision to rename a nearby street Black Lives Matter Plaza, came at the taxpayers expense but showed a preference for one faith or belief over others.
The main argument in the 51-page complaint filed at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia is that Ms. Bowser is violating the Establishment Clause of the U.S. Constitution by supporting one orthodoxy over others.
The Black Lives Matter banner conveys that black people are the favored race of the city of DC, which is of course a racist contention floated by a racist Democrat who persistently refuses to think logically, the lawsuit said.

Another great act of hypocrisy from Americas Leftist cities.
Washington DC hasnt had a white mayor since the job was re-organized in 1967, and in that time, only 2 of its police commissioners have been white
But lets still still talk about institutional racism and hope no one notices.

"racist democrat"
Isn't that phrase a bit redundant? Yes, there's always one of us, in every conversation who comes along with the redundant joke, but we are necessary for a proper conversation. Lol. There, I even threw in a LOL for good measure. I think Dennis Leary used to sing a certain song:
Something along the lines of: "I'm an a****le" Folks, I'd like to sing a song about the American Dream.
About me. About you.
The way our American hearts beat down in the bottom of our chests.
About the special feeling we get in the cockles of our hearts,
Maybe below the cockles, maybe in the sub-cockle area.
Maybe in the liver. Maybe in the kidneys. Maybe even in the colon,
We don't know.
I'm just a regular Joe with a regular job
I'm your average white suburbanite slob
I like football and porno and books about war
I've got an average house with a nic hardwood floor
My wife and my job, my kids and my car
My feet on my table, and a Cuban cigar
But sometimes that just ain't enough to keep a man like me interested
(Oh no) No Way (Uh-uh)
No, I've gotta go out and have fun
At someone else's expense

If you painted “life matters” on a street those same people would be issuing public death threats.

How about “Helter Skelter”?

She used the yellow paint that marks ‘no passing’ zones. Stuff’s expensive... and will be costly to cover up... Is this affront being done on the taxpayers dime?

Does a mayor, have the legal right to make political statements with paint paid for tax dollars? It was purely a political statement, and shouldn’t she compensate the city, out of her own pocket for the painting costs, including the cost to clean it up?
