Look at videos for juneteenth “celebrations” in south beach, Galveston, Myrtle Beach etc.
Its an interesting comparison between say Mardi Gras, with the Juneteenth celebrations being alot worse.

“juneteenth” originated as a local holiday in Texas. Tulsa is a city in another state that happens to be the place where this riot happened in a completely different century than the event Juneteenth observes.
