It appears that Gov Wolf is litigating it, and it also doesn’t apply to the health-dept directed closure of businesses. Stay tuned.
3 months late and meaningless.
At best this will be contested in PA Commonwealth Court and take 6 months to a year to adjudicate; then the decision deferred pending a PA Supreme Court decision. 18 month to 2 year process.
Once President Trump declared a National Emergency, which he should not have done, each state had its own version and that filtered down to each county in each state. The result? Thousands of little Hitlers running around dictating our every more and it wasn't democrats exclusively either.
The economy must stay shut down so that Trump can be hurt more, more infected seniors can be sent to nursing homes so that more will die, and with the economy shut down, NANZI Pelosi can get big $$ from the federal government to bail out the Democrat states from their financial crises.
It's all the Democrats have, and it MUST continue. Or else they will have to bring out the next crises. Are the Democrats going to call the Chinese and tell them to go ahead and sink a US carrier? It's for the good of the world.

These Governor Power Grabs are simply a dry run for what will happen en Masse after the November Election.
Just like BLM and Antifa Insurrections.
He’ll probably just issue a new one.

A class action needs to be brought asserting the closures were a legal ‘taking’ for the public good and should merit compensation.
I notice more people going into stores without masks. Still probably 80% do wear them.
What irritates me most is when a child not 3 feet high is forced to wear one. In the unlikely event they’re infected and sneeze, it hits you near the waist, if they’re standing right next to you, which they never are.
In my Pennsylvania territory hardly anyone is infected. Two or three out of a thousand.
Certainly a good sign.
