Microsoft teams is what my company(a defense company) uses.
But all truly sensitive info is never discussed on it.
In fact, we have meeting and leave all cell phones etc with the guard.

I am not aware of one. We need a decentralized solution. Kind of like torrents or peer to peer file sharing. Might have to be audio only at first, sharing only static images, like a PP presentation. No reason I can think of that it could not be done.
