Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer charged with second degree murder after the death of George Floyd in custody last month, was reportedly negotiating with prosecutors over a possible guilty plea deal in the days leading up to his arrest.
The embattled cop, 44, was said to be discussing the specifics of the deal four days after Floyd’s death on Memorial Day. He was arrested a day later after those talks broke down, Fox 9 News reported.
Sources told the network the deal would’ve been ‘universal’, and would’ve included state murder charges as well as federal civil rights charges.
The revelation comes as David Pinney, who once worked as a security guard with Floyd and Chauvin at a Minneapolis nightclub, claims the pair would regularly ‘bump heads’, which had a lot to do with the cop being 'extremely aggressive'.

Comparing the initial photos released of “younger” Chauvin and “contemporary” Chauvin, I can see some evidence of PED (’roids) use.

How come 80% of the true “news” articles that contain actual questioning and investigation come from the UK? Are US reporters not allowed or not able to practice journalism?
I truly believe that steroids and testosterone supplements are an epidemic in police forces, and explain a lot of problems that some police have with hyper-aggressive behavior.
Good question, but that screenshot looks as if it is from CBS Evening News, so maybe a journalist here is trying to get to the bottom of this story.

Extremely aggressive? Yeah,sure.
And he was able to force Saint George to take a bunch of meth and fentanyl so his heart would explode.
If he wanted Saint George gone he wouldn’t do it in broad daylight with a crowd watching.
So Floyd caused his own demise.
And he was messed up from 'roids.

How did you come to that conclusion? If Floyd and Chauvin knew each other, it gives more support to upgrading charges to 1st degree murder.

The evidence says so. George Floyd KILLED HIMSELF!

Not legally but personally speaking. He has problems everywhere he goes. Now at his work. It’s not just everybody else. It is also him causing all his problems.

They all say KILLED..MURDERED etc. Never allegedly, just straight to murder.
