The defacement of Mahatma Gandhis statue by unknown miscreants was a disgrace , U.S. President Donald Trump has said, days after it was vandalised with graffiti and spray painting during the nationwide protests against the custodial killing of African-American George Floyd.
The statue, which is across the road from the Indian Embassy, was vandalised on the intervening night of June 2 and 3, prompting the Indian embassy to register a complaint with the local law enforcement agencies.

It’s a shame more Hindus don’t vote GOP. They’re part of “Other Faiths” with 62% Hillary to 29% Trump in 2016.

President Trump is correct on this.
But his country gave Mother Theresa a nice funeral so that makes this all ok.

Many Indians are small business owners. Another reason their Dem orientation makes no sense. Maybe coronavirus lockdown/riots/defund police will open some eyes.
