It’s just stupid thinking....but it certainly is admitting that the black community has issues ‘they’ need to address that are outside the job of police officers.
How about the National Guard instead.
The wealthy will band together and hire security (some of the former police?). Those communities who are not as well off will band together to for their own security. Vigilanti comes to mind. And who will stop them (even if they should)? No police to inforce the laws.

When I had multiple intruders on my property, at night, peeking in my windows, should I have called social workers, mental health advocates, or homeless charities? I actually called the police and they arrived 20 minutes later. If that is not an option, I’m okay with that. I could have solved the problem at 2650 fps and in under a minute (not counting shoveling time). Is this really the world that progressives are dreaming of as they sing John Lennon(Lenin?)’s “Imagine”?
