Do we have any active chapters in Massachusetts? Or would anyone like to start one?

Here in MA we may not even know what a chapter is.

The liberals are mostly around the city of Boston. There is a new conservative newspaper out of Boston. It would be beneficial to become familiar with it.

If only there were some news outlet (paper, TV, internet—something in addition to a radio station) in the Tampa (FL) area that was non-liberal

HI JIM
I can remember meeting a few fellow Freepers here in Mass. 15-20 years ago.

We met at Doc on the Bays house at Manomet Point , in Plymouth, Mass.

A couple of the FR names I remember were Betty Boop-Bill-DOC ON THE BAY .
There were several other Feepers there but I forgot their names.

At that time I believe Freepers totalled about 25,000. ,worldwide.
I would guess we are about 10 times that number now. Many Freepers now in Mass. -Tom

There is no chapter in Maryland. I would start one but your link to do so is not functioning.

If we have a link to start a chapter, it’s been long forgotten. Sorry. The most direct way to start a chapter is simply to run a thread in the activism topic of the news forum asking if there is a chapter in your area and if not, announcing your interest and inviting potential members to meet and form a chapter.

This is you typical Massachusetts mentality right here, and this is hardly any exaggeration:

Try living in Berkshire County. It’s the San Francisco of Massachusetts. Open homosexuality, hundreds of years of pedophilia involving just about every person in positions of power. When the heat gets too hot for them one of them they just slink away to another state with a golden parachute from their bank, the state, county or city government or anyone else who pays them. The local rag, the Berkshire Eagle is run by the same satanic cabal. No coincidence they joined the New York Times group of newspapers. When a local independent paper starts exposing the rot they mysteriously stop printing and are never heard from again. I am convinced that when God’s wrath is unleashed on this state here is where the suffering will be the highest.

I would be joining you in your exodus but I just got a new job
that I was lucky to get. Work for the state now part time.

My family is from here although most have moved away or died.

There are any number of Conservatives here but get closer to Boston and the number of rabid liberals is alarming.

I had hoped to buy a small house in Florida and leave this state. It’s changed so very much. But the new job is an opportunity that I never thought I would have so I’ll stick it out.

The Republican party in this state is deeply RINO. Tried getting involved with them many years ago and did not lie what I saw.

Try contacting members of the Worcester Tea Party. I immigrated from Massachusetts 8 years ago to Georgia. Never want to go back to that liberal hell hole. Felt like I was living behind enemy lines!

My wife and I are very conservative, I talk with many people, there are plenty of people who are not screaming liberals in MA but they tend to keep quiet. Talking with the police Lt, last time I got my LTC renewed, I asked him how many LTC’s are there in town, expecting it to be a couple hundred, I was shocked to hère it was 2K in a town of 13K, including children. We went to a Trump rally during the 2016 race and I was shocked that the Worcester DCU center was packed and the energy was amazing. There are a lot of fed up people here like anywhere. There was one politicallu outspoken talk host on the WEEI station and they fired him for no other reason, Gerry Callahan.

I have children still there, so a part of me remains. Best wishes to you and your family. It’s beautiful country and so much history. Truly sad that they’re so Marxist in their schools and even churches.

Three accounts? I could never keep things straight.

Sounds like a lot of work for someplace I like to visit to relax.

I used to have 3 computers. I’m illiterate when it comes to technology. To me, it was easier to open 3 accounts and never have to log in.

“I used to have 3 computers. I’m illiterate when it comes to technology. To me, it was easier to open 3 accounts and never have to log in.”

Now that makes sense. I always tell my husband, if you want to know everything about me, I am always logged in at my FR account. :)

He never does look, as far as I know. :) Me, I would do it right away, because I’m curious.

So, I understand now about your situation. Much, much easier. :)

Are you in the tech business?

By the way, the border re-opens in late August and if I can get there, financially, I’d be open to joining any events you have planned. It’s not THAT far away from me, though I’d have to check Orbitz, etc.

I’m not exactly sure what it means to be a part of a chapter. Help organize events? :) Keep a ping list and scan the news for MA items?

There was a group that got together on the Boston Common and maybe by the State House. I think that was a few years before 2004. There are conservatives in Massachusetts, even in ground central Harvard Square. It is not wise to advertise it though.
