Martin Gugino is a 75-year-old professional agitator and Antifa provocateur who brags on his blog about the number of times he can get arrested and escape prosecution. Gugino’s Twitter Account is also filled with anti-cop sentiment [SEE HERE]. Last Thursday Gugino traveled from his home in Amherst, New York, to Buffalo to agitate a protest crowd.
During his effort Gugino was attempting to capture the radio communications signature of Buffalo police officers. CTH noted what he was attempting on Thursday night as soon as the now viral video was being used by media to sell a police brutality narrative. [Thread Here] Today, a more clear video has emerged that shows exactly what he was attempting.
In this slow motion video, you will see Gugino using a phone as a capture scanner. You might have heard the term “skimming”; it’s essentially the same. Watch him use his right hand to first scan the mic of officer one (top left of chest). Then Gugino moves his hand to the communications belt of the second officer. WATCH CLOSELY:

I've read plenty of stories about cops covering their own, but never 57 cops resigning because another cop was arrested. So I thought the re might be more to this story and wow this video clearly suggests that there is a LOT more to this story.

He’s learned protesting can cause splitting headaches.

I wish they had impounded his phone instead of shoving the old agitator. Or smashed it.
An antifa just smashed my SIL’s phone when she blundered into a protest. They ought to respect the tactic.

I just saw the incident and it looked like a flop to me.
No Policemen, No Law, Gather all the agitators you can and throw them in jail....no Law, No Policemen and no release. Give them exactly what they are clamoring for...NO POLICE. AOC and the other cowards are calling for anarchy...give it to them in spades...
And no penalty for the reordering couple either, it was strictly an accident, don't you know.

The cops barely nudged the guy when he idiotically ran up on them, but he was such a clutz he stumbled back like a flailing clown and inexplicably made zero effort to keep his head up.

It doesn’t really matter what he was doing — if they wanted to arrest him for it, they could do that.
The police have to know they are under a microscope, and every thing they do will be videotaped. And anything good they do, that video will NOT be shown, but if there is a 20-second snippet of them doing anything that can be construed as brutality, they will suffer.
Just as you can have a 1-hour conversation with people on social media that you think is productive, but if there is a sentence in there where you say the wrong thing, you might end up getting fired.
It isn’t fair, but it is reality, and as I tell many people, we live in a reality that we do not get to create, and it might not be right, or what we want, but it exists, and we need to be aware of it.
The people of Buffalo, or some of them, are supporting the police. If a majority do, it will go one way, if a majority don’t, it will go another way. If the majority of people in the cities are actually glad the police are there, and the democrats keep playing the “all cops are bad”, and start moving to get rid of the cops, that SHOULD hurt them in the election.
Waving an unknown and not recognizable device around the chests and waists of cops is not a smart idea. Cops have ZERO idea if it’s a weapon, stun gun, or something else. After pulling that stunt, he’s lucky he didn’t get smashed by a billy club.
There are so many set-up clues here:
* the video of him arguing with a black guy some time before the incident
* the black guy saying he doesn’t like what this guy is planning
* bragging in his blog about being arrested FOUR times and convicted NONE
* the very strange waving/scanning motion around the officers’ chests and waists
* the silly backward stumble after a slight shove
* the almost instantaneous release of the “blood” after hitting the ground
* the yellow tube from the mask to the ear
* the strange motion of his hands after going down
* the head-hit on the concrete happening out of view of the camera
* the comfortable crossed legs after he goes down
* the carrying of the helmet
It all screams FALSE FLAG op and SETUP.
Yep, just like he was settling down on the couch for a nice afternoon nap.
