Two Buffalo cops were arraigned on Saturday on one count each of assault in the second degree, after they allegedly shoved a 75-year-old demonstrator during anti-police brutality protests.
Martin Gugino, a longtime peace activist in the upstate New York city, hit his head on the pavement and was left on the ground as blood pooled around his head on Thursday evening. He remained in hospital in a serious but stable condition on Saturday.
Initially, city officials claimed Gugino had tripped and fell. However, a video surfaced showing riot police, who were clearing Niagara Square at the time, clearly pushing Gugino over and walking by his motionless body. The video had been viewed 78 million times by Saturday.

was charged with calling a paramedic.

If the police tell you to move, move! The Police barely touched the guy and he fell over. I could care less.

That 75 year-old man fell down on purpose. He looks to be pretty healthy and in shape. No way did he fall from such a slight nudge. Look at how he bends his one knee to cushion his “fall” and then immediately brings his feet together, crosses them after he “falls”. No flailing arms; nothing.
He was under no distress after he falls. Didn’t even try to hold his head after he “fell”.
He wasn’t injured other than he didn’t remember to tuck his head.
Why is he still in the hospital? A quick trip to an urgent care center should have been all he needed.
So he was teaching others how to fake an assault? Not surprised.
He was bleeding from the ear, several ounces.
It was a set up. Any other time he’d have the helmet on. Besides, it had a plexiglass face shield, it wasn’t a bike helmet. And notice when the film starts, he’s making the plan with his antifa buddies and then starts toward the police line which is already moving. Most rioters/protestors don’t touch the police, they stand inches away and taunt. This guy went straight up to them and initiated physical contact forcing them to react. He knew what he was doing and he sacrificed himself for his religion.
...and he was waving his phone inches from the police electronic communications gear....
