President Trump retweeted a video Friday of right-wing commentators Glenn Beck and Candace Owens attacking the reputation of George Floyd.
The fact that he has been held up as a martyr sickens me, Owens told Beck in the footage. George Floyd was not a good person.
As mass protests rocked the nation for yet another day, the Trump retweet amplified the message to a worldwide audience and his 81.8 million Twitter followers.
Beck and Owens then delved into Floyds lengthy criminal record, which included time behind bars. Floyds autopsy report revealed he had both fentanyl and methamphetamine in his system at the time of his death.

Do you know Alinsky or Cloward/Piven?
“””70 million views!
How many TV programs even get 1/10 th of that?”””
The views are far more than that. She has also received multi-million views from the many youtube postings as well as her original facebook posting.
Great analysis!
Can’t find anything to disagree with in your post.
I absolutely do and what does that have to do with this retweet
Let me ask you when youve just scored late in the game to take the lead have you ever heard of prevent defense ?
Or do you play tight man and risk getting burned?
If you do a search of my recent posts youll find out that Ive already posted about George Floyds rap sheet records several times
But Im not the one who gets my words parsed nor running for reelection
Wake up Not everything needs to be said sometimes you need to just let the other side commit harI Kari Like a pedo Joe did yesterday
Oh btw. Did you happen to read my tag line before you chose to post?
Apparently not
On April 29, 2024, Candace Owens turns 35.
It was against police procedure to hold him on his stomach on the ground the way this policeman did. There were four cops and three were standing around.
Suppose Mr. Floyd was a model citizen? It would not justify the looting and mayhem. Nor would it justify the bitter, decisive and often hateful rhetoric being aimed at white people. Nor would it require the dismantling of police departments.
Read your history. John Adams went to the mat on the principle of due process when he defended Brits who were charged in the Boston Massacre. Without due process we do not have the rule of law.
I had the same “advice” for him before he wiped the electoral floor with the witch in 2016. Now I just cheer him on.

Where is the body-cam tape? Why haven't we seen that yet?
People get focused on one image; but, a lot of stuff had already gone on by the time we got to that one image. The autopsy said that there was no trauma anywhere on the body.
After the Trayvon Martin debacle and the Michael Brown debacle, maybe we should learn to take a step back and wait for more information before we join the rioting herd. Just saying.
Does Truth need a reason?
Reason IS the honest analysis of Truth.
You seem to actually be requesting a political response. So be it.
Politically speaking, Trump is an outsider to both parties. It is wrong to say he's not a politician. He's a born politician who is so much better at it than most to be fairly considered a new instance of a rare, endangered breed: the honest politician.
You seem scared. Apparently of Truth. Trump is not.
If history is half as honest as the president, then Trump will go down as the Great On Switch. When he is in the room, the lights of Truth are on. Bravely, no apologies, no party-oriented dimmers. Just On.
Light can make all parties uncomfortable after being kept so dark for so long. The Left keeps it dark because it matches their heart and profits their goals. The Right keeps it dark because they are weak and afraid.
The Right does not fear Light itself, they claim to be powered by it. Yet they often fear what effect new light will have on the shadowed masses. And specifically fear how the news of the president so broadly shining light will be reported to the masses via megaphones of darkness as Trump using military lasers to re-kill saint Floyd.
Honesty and bravery are rare in DC. Trump has achieved master status as a politician by leveraging his abundance of both.
Ask yourself: Why do so many of the Left-leaning masses have such an f'd up view of our nation, no understanding of founding principles, no comprehension of how dysfunctional urban conditions are a planned feature of the Left plus a false assumption the Right wishes harm to them?
Because they never hear truth from any of their authority figures. A Trump tweet broadcasts truth in such a wide manner that the dark filters can't stop it from reaching those who value and seek honest understanding. Obviously, many will see Truth and not recognize or acknowledge it.
However, it can logically be asked: is it racist to assume certain people can't handle Truth?
You seem to be wishing for Trump to abandon his wildly successful ways. Basically telling him:
One this one, Mr Prez, swallow that truth and... just take a knee, it's a Brees.
Donaldus Trumpus Magnamus seems to have far better political instincts than you.
Reconcile.
This is 2020
There’s more out there with similar complaints than you think of.
And we won by a whisker. This election is WAY too important to take anything for granted. Five things happened yesterday:
The jobs reports
Biden’s 15% “observation”
Riots in the streets . . . again
The Communist Chinese Virus is off the front pages
“Defund” and ‘dismantle” the police
A MOMENTUM DAY Don’t give the left anything to strike back with and divert attention
Felon Floyd is gone, his past is news to us, who can pass it along. But the President needs to stay away, it serves little purpose
I’m sure he does
But he’s not perfect
This isn’t just me. He needs to be careful sometimes
Even this forum does not allow you, me or anyone else “the truth” always

John Adams was right to defend the accused British soldiers in the incident of the so-called ‘Boston Massacre.’ If he followed your modality he would have went on his knees to ‘the sons of liberty’... Samuel Adams and his ilk and apologized for defending these men under what was then still British law.
I’m not saying that we should ignore due process here, I’m saying we shouldn’t be dragooned into narratives that are false. It is entirely possible given what evidence we have, that Floyd was in a medical crisis that needed immediate medical attention ... that he didn’t get that is the real scandal here.
Floyd was no saint and it is clear, given the medical reports, that he contributed to the circumstance that led to his own death. If the knee to the neck did not cause his death, then this is not murder... as ugly as that procedure of restraint is (and I do not support it’s use). The failure to get him immediate medical assistance can probably be deemed manslaughter however.
People taking the knee and reinforcing the twisted and untrue narrative regarding police and black males is what I’m angry about... black men are more likely (on a per capita basis) to die at the hands of police because they are more often engaged in criminal activities that bring them into contact with law enforcement. Period.
Clearly must also apply to you, no?
This isn’t just me. He needs to be careful sometimes
His track record is amazing.
Yours, I don't know anything about FRiend.
He knows more about what is happening then you and I do.
He has reasons you don't understand without that knowledge.
I personally believe there are too many coincidences for the GF death that started the rioting to be coincidence.
I trust POTUS.
